Close Hits EP Release
Our friend GRG made this killer friday for the release show. Ordered the tapes last week from National Audio and designed the cases. Can’t wait! A new band has been added to the bill, Learner Dancer!
We’re also thrilled to announce another fantastic show coming up July 2nd at Mortville. This one will feature Close Hits, PISSPISSPISSMOANMOANMOAN, Mannequin Men, STATIC SWAMP, and more!! Best of all footage from the show will be used as part of a Chicago music version of this:

Do yourself a favor and listen to Housesounds! Driving, atmospheric, dissonant, maddening. Somehow their music captures the cacophony and strangeness of our blase, end-of—the-world culture. When I see them live, I shake my head in wonder at the unlikely but beautiful harmonies they employ to tell their melodic narratives. Their debut release, “Housesounds” has had continued rotation in the disc and cassette players of many of my closest friends.
